Blue. Since 2008 Carlson Marketing has delivered the online Velocity Rewards Store
enabling programme members to redeem their Velocity points for a range of merchandise

"Flexichips". Flexirent's financing products for business IT are sold through a
wide array of New Zealand's electronics outlets including major chains such as Noel

When ASB delivered the True Rewards Dollar innovation to it's True Rewards credit
card loyalty programme in 2007, we designed & built the online store component
of the new offering. We continue to manage and develop the True Rewards online store.

Fisher & Paykel Finance owns and operates the Farmers card portfolio. We worked
with them to design and develop their customer loyalty programme - "your rewards".
We've operated the rewards programme since 2008.

We worked with ANZ to design their credit card loyalty programme strategy, based
on customer data analytics, in 2007. Since then Carlson have launched and continue
to operate their World Visa rewards programme and their Air New Zealand Airpoints
Dollars Programme. Carlson provide a complete outsourced solution for ANZ from rewards
sourcing and fulfilment, through points treasury and loyalty systems through to
contact centres and websites.

The Warehouse Financial Services has operated a loyalty programme for its Rewards

We added best practice retail loyalty programme disciplines and a version of our
