| Simon has been with Carlson Marketing since 2004. Previously he was Country Manager of Diners Club New Zealand, where he delivered growth and secured key partnerships. His first role in New Zealand was with KPMG Consulting's strategy unit. Before arriving in New Zealand in 2001, he was a Founding Director of two start ups in South Africa. Prior to that Simon was an Executive Director of American Express in South Africa (Cards, Travel, Foreign Exchange and Private Banking with a turnover of NZ$2 billion) and served on the global Advisory Board of American Express Global Network Service. Simon leads the Financial Services practice in Asia Pacific. |

| Angelique has been with Carlson since 1999. With expertise in loyalty for banking clients, Angelique manages the end to end delivery of fully outsourced programmes for key Carlson clients. She is accountable for both the strategic direction and tactical programme operations including the development, implementation and management of relationship marketing programmes. During her time with Carlson, she has successfully delivered major loyalty projects for the finance, retail and airline industries. |

With over 6 years experience in the tourism and travel Industry, Gillian has held various sales and marketing positions in New Zealand tourism organisations prior to starting at Carlson Marketing. |

She is responsible for delivering new programmes and translating the business case and strategy to real world results. Gayle brings together the business processes and technologies of Carlson Marketing and our clients to produce market leading loyalty programmes. Gayle has worked on Relationship Marketing programmes in all major industries for many key national and international organisations. Before joining Carlson Marketing, she worked in the Finance and Human Resources industries. |

| Roger has been with Carlson since 1998. Roger is responsible for delivering innovative technology solutions tailored to meet the individual needs of our clients. Rogers focus is on scaling Carlsons existing global and local technology engines to delivery best in class innovation with bullet proof delivery. Roger has over 26 years experience in the software design industry. His wide experience includes software development for retail operating and business management systems; developing stand-alone commercial software packages and designing and implementing loyalty programme systems, including databases, call centres, fulfilment systems and web technology. Prior to joining Carlson, Roger has worked internationally for Peoplesoft, CODA, BP, Norasia Shipping, Citibank, Lloyds Bank, and Brinksmat. |

| Megan has been with Carlson since 1990. Megan operates our finance function as a business partnership working with the Account Directors and the operational teams to deliver innovative solutions. Megan is also our Human Resources lead and is responsible for delivering strategies to ensure our employment engagement remains consistently high. She is also the Finance Director for our Asia Pacific region which includes Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, Malaysia and Hong Kong. Megan was previously an Accounting Manager in public practice and looked after a diverse range of client's accounting, taxation and business planning needs. |
